Ashok Leyland company is conducting campus interviews for ITI students at Government ITI college, Sainagar, Tiruchanur Road, Tirupati on Friday, 3rd December 2010. The principal of the college Mr. Rajasekhar Babu said that interested candidates from all trades (except from carpenter trade), whether passed or failed, can attend the interviews with their original certificates.The company gives a remuneration of Rs.4800 to Rs.5000 for selected candidates along with free food.

'Hobby Courses' at Science Centre

In this Dussehra holidays, Regional Science Centre in Tirupati conducts 'hobby courses' for high school students. Practical oriented training will be given in Chemistry, Biology and Electronics subjects. If interested, students studying in 8th, 9th and 10th classes can register their names at Science Centre before 4 pm on 13 Oct 2007.

NAVARATRI BRAHMOTSAVAMS 2007

The Tirumala Tirupati Navaratri Brahmotsavams 2007 will be held from October 12 to October 20 in 2007. There will be no Dhwajarohanam, Dwajavarohanam and Swapana Thirumanjanam in this Brahmotsavams. Below is the usual schedule for Navaratri Brahmotsavams.

The Ankurarpana and Senadhipati Utsavam will be celebrated on October 11, 2007.

Night 9 pm to 11 pm - Pedda Seshavahanam (vehicle in the shape of Adisesha)

On October 13th

Morning 9 am to 11 am - Chinna Seshavahanam (small vehicle in the shape of Adisesha).

Evening 7 pm to 8 pm - Unjal Seva

Night 9 am to 11 pm - Hamsavahanam (vehicle shaped like swan)

On October 14th

Morning 9 am to 11 am - Simhavahanam, a vehicle in the shape of lion.

Night 9 pm to 11 pm - Mutayapupandiri Vahanam (a vehicle decorated with pearls)

On October 15th
